Posh Tomboy™ Return Policy
At Posh Tomboy™, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase(s). We offer returns on items that are in unwashed, unworn condition with the original tags attached within 10 days of receipt. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Inspection of the order should be made at the time of receipt and any damages or defects must be reported to sales@poshtomboy.com within 2 business days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we do not issue cash refunds or refunds to the form of payment made. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. The only time a cash refund or refund to the original payment is if an error was made by the merchant.
The store does NOT offer exchanges; customers should use the store credit to repurchase the available item(s) desired.
No returns are offered on sale merchandise.
To start the return process, please submit your request to sales@poshtomboy.com. *Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will then provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to complete the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
